She was predeceased by: her parents, James Lavallee and Arlene Lavallee (Meehan). She is survived by: her caregiver Mark Goodell of Falmouth, MA; her children, David Galaska (Angela) of West Roxbury, MA and Katherine Bolton (Brian) of Gilbert, AZ; her grandchildren, Matthew, Ryan, Olive, Mollie Galaska, Delaney and Niamh Bolton; her brother James Lavallee (Teresa) of Tennessee; her niece Kristen Lavallee; and her nephew Sean Lavallee (Crystal).
