He is survived by: his wife Joyce H. Neill; his sons, Jonathan (Laura) of Wooster, OH, Christopher (Devon) of Lakewood, CO and Dayton (Emily) of Natick, MA; and his grandchildren, Emily of Cincinnati, OH, Jack of Bloomington, IN and Addison.
