He was predeceased by: his parents, Kenneth Parker and Marjorie Parker; and his brothers, John and Fred Parker. He is survived by: his husband Paul Holmgren; his sister-in-law Stacey Parker of St. Louis; his niece Chelsea Parker of Los Angeles; and his nephew Kenny Parker of Kissimmee.
