He was predeceased by: his brother Dennis Snay; and his parents, Edmund E. Snay and Margaret E. Snay (Hayes). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Snay (Steinhilber); and his brothers-in-law, Richard of Brookfield, Paul (Patricia) of Auburn and Russell (Lisa) of Northampton. He is also survived by many nephews and nieces.
