He is survived by: his wife Theresa Sampson (Atwood); his children, Stacey (Matt Carlo) and Corey Sampson; his siblings, Linda Ford (Sampson) and Brad Sampson (Donna); and his grandchildren, Liam, Crystal and Kaylee. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
