Oates of East Bridgewater, Massachusetts, born in Newport, Vermont, who passed away on March 27, 2025, at the age of 73, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Bernard J. Oates; her children, Melissa Quill of North Providence, RI. and Michael Oates (Melissa) of North Weymouth; her brother Robert Regular; and her grandchildren, Jeanette Kazarian of North Providence, RI., Adam Kazarian of North Providence, RI., Michael Oates of North Weymouth, Matthew Oates of North Weymouth and Miles Oates of North Weymouth.
