He is survived by: his wife Donna Seel (Creedon); his children, Thomas R. Seel Jr. (Holly) of Winthrop and Laura A. Seel of East Boston; his siblings, Harry Seel (Patricia Marks) and Deborah Lawhorne (Ronald); and his siblings-in-law, Marilyn Sawicki, Jean Creedon and Deborah Reid. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
