He is survived by: his wife Joan (Famolare) of East Boston; his mother Norma Barbarisi (Limola); his siblings, Richard Barbarisi (Maryann) of Florida, Stephen Barbarisi, Janice Barbarisi and Jean Barbarisi; and his siblings-in-law, James Famolare (Maureen) and Rita Sozio (late Thomas). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
