He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul C. Izzo Sr. and Mary (Guardullo); his wife Lorraine (Ciampi); and his siblings, Ida Villano, Rita Rizzo, Anthony Izzo, Nicholas Izzo, Jean Nicoletti and Marie Capone.

He is survived by: his siblings, Anna DeCosta of East Boston and Joseph Izzo of Saugus; and his sister-in-law Lucille Ciampi. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
