With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mario P. DiLeo of East Boston, Massachusetts, born in Boston, Massachusetts, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mario left this world on January 20, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. Leave a sympathy message to the family in the guestbook on this memorial page of Mario P. He was predeceased by: his daughter Rosanne Ameno (Michael); and his siblings, Anthony, Nina, Joseph, Fanny, Maria and Felippa.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemarie DiLeo; his children, John DiLeo (Deana), Lorraine DiLeo and Steven DiLeo (Susan); and his brothers, Dominic and Richard DiLeo. He is also survived by his 11 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren, as well as many loving nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Ruggiero Family Memorial (971 Saratoga St, Boston, MA 02128). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Saint Lazarus Church (59 Ashley St, Boston, MA 02128). A committal service will be held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:00 PM at the Woodlawn Cemetery (302 Elm St, Everett, MA 02149).
