He was predeceased by: his mother Sandra Bellissimo (Cummings); and his grandparents, Jean, Aldo Eramo, James and Ida Bellissimo.
He is survived by: his father James Bellissimo; and his siblings, Michelle and Joseph Bellissimo. He is also survived by cousins and friends.
