He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles W. Dixon and Genevieve Campbell Dixon; and his siblings, Charles W. Dixon, Jr. and Janet Dixon Strong. He is survived by: his wife Katherine Brosnan Dixon; his children, Edward Dixon (Melissa Donohoe Dixon), Jonathan Dixon (Ann Dixon) and Kathleen Dixon (Peter Kadra); and his grandchildren, Bridget, Austin, Genevieve Dixon, Mackenzie, Allison Dixon, William, Eve, Harry Flederman, Madison, Hunter Kadra, Fletcher, Cooper and Marlowe Donohoe. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
