With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Thomas Joseph Mackin of Duxbury, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 7, 2025 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the sacred silence of farewell, Thomas is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that his light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of his loved ones. And as his memory is carried forward, may comfort be found in the knowledge that love is eternal, and that Thomas' spirit lives on in the beauty that surrounds us.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Elizabeth Snr and Norman Snr; his brother Norman Jr.; his children, Christopher Michael (Jill) and Katherine Elizabeth (Jack); his wife Donna Gail Smith; his grandsons, Will and Andrew; and his pet Daisy.
Visitation was held on Saturday, January 18th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Sullivan Funeral Home- Hanover (551 Washington St, Hanover, MA 02339).
In lieu of flowers, Tom would want a kind gesture made to those in need.
