He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd P. Atkins and Grace Buchanan; and his sister Carol Atkins. He is survived by: his wife Kris Atkins (Cahow); his children, Katie (Tim Duggan) and Thomas (Jenny Lobato); his brother Jack Atkins (Ann); and his grandchildren, Kylie, Andrew, Mia, Alex and Sophia. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
