He was predeceased by: his wife Sally Lou Greely; and his parents, Ruth Elinor Cruze and Cyrus Philip Greely (Philip). He is survived by: his sons, Wallace Allen Greely (Kathy) of New Bedford, MA, David Philip Greely (Linda) of Wolfeboro, NH, Charles Bradford Greely (Patricia) of Holbrook, MA and William Theodore Greely (Fred Florendo) of Sharon, MA.; his grandsons, Michael, Jason and Christopher; and his great grandchildren, Ryan and Trevor.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to a charity of your choice in his memory.
