We are sad to announce that on July 27, 2023, at the age of 84, Patricia Helene McCormack of Duxbury, Massachusetts, born in Bridgeport, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her parents, James Creagh and Helen Creagh; and her brother William Creagh (Diane). She is survived by : her husband Arthur William McCormack; her son Fr. James McCormack, her daughter Kelly Murray (Ryan); and her grandchildren, Reilly, Kasey and Rowan Murray. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews, a great-grandniece and a great-grandnephew.
