He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Anne M Tougas (Walsh); his children, James R. Tougas (Michelle) of Plympton, Jeffrey S. Tougas (Angela) of Exeter, NH, Jon C. Tougas (Karen) of Marshfield and Jennifer A. Theran (Gregory) of Plymouth; his grandchildren, Robbie, Nick, Frances, Jacob, Ben, Andie, Chloe, Catie and Maggie; his siblings, Roger Tougas, Constance Doody and George Tougas; and his parents, Clarence Joseph Tougas and Blanche Margaret Tougas (Gadoury). He was also cherished by his brothers, sons, friends and nephew.
