She was predeceased by: her parents, William Edmund Hooke and Gertrude Roy Hooke. She is survived by: her husband Willard; and her children, Suzanne Krautmann (Paul) of Keene, N. H., Mary Jean Rest (John) of Mashpee, MA, William Salter France (Thomas), Philippines, Robert Salter (Lorraine), Salem and Richard Salter (Lisa) of Geneva, NY.. She is also survived by her 11 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren.

Contributions may be made in her memory to Wounded Warrior Project, Doctors Without Borders and Artisan Guild of Cape Cod.
