She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Charles Rooney and Gertrude Rooney; and her sisters, Marilyn Soboski of Carver and Mary Regina Cleary of Portsmouth. She is survived by: her sisters, Joan Shea (Harry) of Duxbury, Patricia Simons (Jeffrey) of Duxbury and Eileen Kimmett (Robert) of Kittery, Maine.. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Donations may be made in Martha's name to the American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 42040, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, 73123.
