He was predeceased by: his wife Rita K. O'Sullivan (Mooney); and his siblings, Neil O'Sullivan and Maura Hurley. He is survived by: his children, Katherine K. O'Sullivan (Steven Lewis) of Scotland and Kevin B. O'Sullivan (Laurie Dunn) of Duxbury; his grandchildren, Finn O'Sullivan Lewis, Thomas Dunn O'Sullivan and Patrick Dunn O'Sullivan; and his siblings, Kathleen O'Sullivan of Hingham, Margaret O'Sullivan of Braintree, Michael O'Sullivan and Esther O'Sullivan.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the MacDonald Funeral Home (1755 Ocean St, Marshfield, MA 02050). A funeral Mass was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Family Church (601 Tremont St, Duxbury, MA 02332). A burial was held on Friday, January 10th 2025 at the Duxbury Mayflower Cemetery (774 Tremont St, Duxbury, MA 02332).
