He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Congdon and Mary Congdon; his wife Mary Beth Congdon (Dunne); his sons, John and Colin; his siblings, Debbie Congdon, Doreen Gaylord, Diane Prakop and Jillann Bowman; and his nieces and nephews, Erica, Leeann, Colleen, Bryan, Kyle, Joseph, Michael and Courtney.
