As John departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. He was predeceased by: his former wife Shirlee L. Delpiaz; and his children, Elizabeth Lee Galloway Burris and Clark Hewett Galloway II. He is survived by: his wife Mildred Galloway (Goodspeed); his children, John Allison Galloway Jr. and Laura Anne Galloway (Jonathan); and his stepdaughters, Cheryl Bentsen and Christine Bentsen (Roger). He is also survived by five grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
The family requests that donations be made to the American Diabetes Association.
