He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Minelli and Molly Minelli (Fitzgerald). He is survived by: his wife Catherine M. Minelli (Burke); his children, Robert J. Minelli (Sara) of Beverly, Joan A. Minelli and Anne–Marie Ross (Ronald Bacchiocchi) of Plymouth; and his grandchildren, Matthew S. Ross (Michelle Cox) of Yarmouthport, Timothy M. Ross (Hanna Timberlake) of Malden, Caitlyn Minelli of Beverly and Alexander Minelli of Beverly.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations in his name may be made to Cranberry Hospice 36 Cordage Park Circle, Suite 326, Plymouth, MA. 02360.
