He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, John Patts and Teresa Patts (Clare); his wife Kathy of Kevin's Church; his children, Jacqueline Patts (Michael) of Barre, VT, James Patts (Erin) of Redding, CT and Michelle Dailey (Andrew) of Hanover, MA.; his grandchildren, Jennie, Ashlyn, Julia, Emmet, Joseph and Claire; and his brothers, Jack, Kevin, Kenny, David, Stephen and Billy.

Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Shepherd's Funeral Home (216 Main St, Kingston, MA 02364). A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Our Lady of the Angels Parish (St Mary's) (392 Hanover St, Hanover, MA 02339).

Memorial donations in Jimmy's name may be made to Wounded Warriors Project or Disabled American Veterans , two organization he was proud to support.
