He was predeceased by: his spouse Marialice T. Mulhern (Quinn); his daughter Meghan L. Mulhern Nyberg of Lovell, ME.; his parents, Patrick Mulhern and Eileen Mulhern (Driscoll); and his siblings, Edward Mulhern (Mary P.), Thomas Mulhern (late Donna Beth), Kevin Mulhern (Terri) and Patrick Mulhern (late Marylou).
He is survived by: his son Daniel M. Mulhern Jr. of Duxbury; and his sister Eileen Tirpak (Dennis) of Washington, D. C..
