He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony "Tony" Rogers Whittemore and Katherine "Kitty" Gansevoort Whittemore (Binnian); and his brother Peter. He is survived by: his brother Timothy; his wife Rhodie; his children, Tony, Joshua and Sarah; and his brother Jamie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Andy's memory to the Dana-Farber Cancer Institute.
