He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clinton Holt and June Holt (Snow); his wife Virginia Holt (Tully); his sons, Robert Holt (Melissa) of Dunstable, MA and Michael Holt (Kim) of Hudson, NH; his grandchildren, Brandon, Tyler, Abbie Holt and Anthony Beaulieu; his sister Cheryl Baker of Englewood, FL; his spouse Edmund Baker; his sister-in-law Pat Holt (Terrell); his brother Tom Holt of Nashua, NH; and his siblings-in-law, Ruth Tully (late Charles W. Tully), David (Mabel), William Tully, George, Jr. (Susan), Linda Chase (Calvin) and Kenneth (Denise).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to the GLTHS Scholarship Fund, 464 Hollis Street, Dunstable, MA 01827 or the Dunstable Rural Land Trust, 1070 Main Street, Dunstable, MA 01827.
