She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Edward T. Koziak; her children, Edward T. Koziak Jr. (Sherry) of Charlton, Madeline Nawrocki (Peter) of Dudley, Jeanne Hackenson (David) of Dudley and Sue Ann Canty of Webster; and her parents, Paul F. Bielik and Suzanna Bielik (Kopas). She was also cherished by 7 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.
