He was predeceased by: his brother Mark Roukat of Webster; and his parents, Henry Roukat and Stasia Roukat (Stawicki). He is survived by: his close friends, James, Lori Berry of Dudley, Kevin, Tara Gelineau of Webster and Mark Siagh; and his cousin Cindy Roukat.
