She was predeceased by: her father Richard "Rick" N. Martin. She is survived by: her significant other Leanne T. Forbes; her daughter Alyssa R. Forbes of Dudley; her mother Gale A. Martin (Bergen) of Dudley; her sister Stacey L. Sitko of Dudley; and her nieces and nephews, Jocelyn Sitko of Dudley and Jaxon Sitko of Dudley.
