She was predeceased by: her husband John B. Augustyn; her daughter Marlene J. Plaza; her brothers, Edward, Francis, Bernard and Frederick Rogala; and her parents, Michael Rogala and Louise Rogala (Bryl).
She is survived by: her daughter Maria E. Seavey (Martin) of Venice, FL; her granddaughters, Kristin Plaza, Marissa Bachand, Kimberly King (Brandon), Kathryn King and Lauren Seavey; and her great grandchildren, Griffin, Reid Bachand and Weston King. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
