Gerard Moschella Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Gerard Moschella of Dudley, Massachusetts, born in Newark, New Jersey, who passed away on August 24, 2024 at the age of 59. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let his loved ones carry forward the torch of his memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of his love and the brilliance of his spirit. Though Gerard may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, his essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Petkavich; his stepfather Peter Petkavich; his father Samuel Moschella; and his sister Patricia Moschella. He is survived by: his siblings, Steven (Lisa) of Point Pleasant, NJ, Suzette Kowalski (Jim) of Jacksonville, FL. and Sonya Allen (Bob) of Jacksonville, FL.; and his stepsisters, Deanna Gilligan (Jack) of Carlstadt, NJ and Dana Coffaro (Joseph) of Nutley, NJ.. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, September 21st 2024 at 10:30 AM at the East Woodstock Congregational Church (220 Woodstock Rd, Woodstock, CT 06281).
