She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Kelman and Ethel Kelman (Turner); and her husband Andrew K. O'Keefe. She is survived by: her daughter Dorothy O'Keefe Timm of Texas. She is also survived by three grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
