He is survived by: his wife Pauline Lachapelle (Renaud); his children, Kevin Lachapelle (Nancy) of Holland, Brenda MacGillivray (Carleton) of Holland and Sandra Lachapelle of Dudley; and his grandchildren, Cherie Moriarty (Shaun), Catie Brown (Billy), Kristen Line (Rick), Nathan Lachapelle, LeeAnne MacGillivray, Nikki Simonelli (Nathan), Tristan Desilets, Jacob Desilets and Matthew Edmiston. He is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
