He was predeceased by: his brother Bryan D. Kelly; and his grandparents, Raymond and Alice Kelly. He is survived by: his parents, Raymond L. Kelly, III of Dudley and Susan J. Kelly (Mitrano) of Shrewsbury; his brother Sean R. Kelly of Dudley; his grandparents, Daniel and Jane Mitrano of Hampton, NH; and his close friends, Justin, Kyle and Adam.
