William Murphy Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of William Murphy (Dracut, Massachusetts), who passed away on November 7, 2019, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his wife Ruth "Ruthie" Murphy; his parents, William H. Murphy and Martha (McAleavey); and his siblings, Terrance of Northern Ireland, Matthew of Northern Ireland, Sean Murphy of Northern Ireland, Rosaleen Ferris of Northern Ireland and Margaret Larmand.
He is survived by: his children, Kathleen, Dr. Peter Gorlin of Westford, Sharon Moge (Kenneth) of Nashua, William "Bill" Murphy, Jr. (Catherine) of Dracut, Sean Murphy, Colleen Prowker (Robert) of Nashua and Daniel Murphy (Tribiah) of Hudson; his grandchildren, Jennifer, Michael Gorlin, Rhyanna Taylor (David), Justin Moge, Jillian, Mollie Murphy, Lauren Murphy, Sean Murphy, Jr., Erin, Sarah Prowker, Cassandra Therriault, Anna, Megan and Bridey Murphy; his great grandchildren, Jazmine, Mason, Olivia, Kaelyn and Elliana; his siblings, Dolores Allen (Daniel) of Ontario and Philip Murphy of Northern Ireland; and his sister-in-law Dorothy Lussier of Lowell. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in his memory to St. Jude's Children's Hospital.
