He is survived by: his spouse Susan Lim; his parent Keith Heang; his children, Andre Seng (Kham Seng) of Union City, CA, Gary Seng of Dracut and Denise Shaw (Zandy Shaw) of Union City, CA; his brother Visoth Seng of Dracut; and his grandchildren, Abel Sy, Ethan Shaw, Mia Shaw, Collin Shaw, Zachary Seng and Izaiah Seng. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
