He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlotte A. Rawley (Ahern) and Clifford A. Rawley. He is survived by: his spouse Dorothy E. Rawley (Cardoza); his pets, Penny and Lexi; his children, Michelle J. Ashton (Jeff Rolli) of Dracut and John C. Rawley (Danielle) of Lowell; his grandchildren, Katelynn Ashton, Elizabeth Ashton and Sophie Rolli; and his great grandchild Camden Matusiak. He is also survived by his grandchildren, and his great grandson.
