He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul L. Proulx and Honor C. Proulx (Medeiros). He is survived by: his children, Ian P. Proulx and Ava R. Siebert of Lowell; his brother Wayne Proulx (Laura); his nieces and nephews, Jacob of Westfield, Dylan of Westfield and Daryl Proulx (Lucy); and his great-nephew Leo of Ayer. He is also survived by his aunts, uncles, cousins and his many loyal friends.
