He was predeceased by: his father Patrick J. Sullivan; his father-in-law Ernest M. Harris Sr.; and his nephew Patrick C. Sullivan. He is survived by: his sons, Jonathan and Bryan (McKenzie); his wife Cheryl; his nephew Justin; his mother Noella C. Sullivan (Marion) of Lowell; his siblings, Kevin K. Sullivan (Kelly) of Lowell, Shane D. Sullivan (Crystal) of Dracut and Noella Ann Rourke (Sullivan) of Lowell; his mother-in-law Marsha A. Harris; and his brothers-in-law, Ernest M. Harris Jr. and Gregory E. Harris (Leanna). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews and a large extended family.
