It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Rita Joan Phipps of Dracut, Massachusetts, born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on January 11, 2023, at the age of 63, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her mother Joan Langlois (Quinn); and her brother John "Jack" M. Langlois. She is survived by: her husband Robert F. Phipps; her father Roland Langlois of Boynton Beach; her stepdaughter Dianne Strand (Rob) of Jupiter, FL; her brothers, Richard Langlois of Dracut and Jim Langlois (Susan) of Pelham, NH; her sister-in-law Patricia Langlois of Dracut; her stepgrandchildren, Stefanie and Jessie Quintero; her nephews, Joseph and Timothy Langlois; and her niece Michelle Langlois.
In lieu of flowers memorial donations in Rita's name may be made to the Lowell Humane Society.
