He was predeceased by: his father Raymond V. Carbonneau, Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Lorraine M. Carbonneau (Gendreau); his siblings, Chris Carbonneau (Jen) of Dracut and Lisa Laake (Kevin) of Timnath, CO; and his nephews, Drew, Jack Carbonneau, Nolan and Bryce Laake.
A funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, May 31st 2025 at 4:00 PM at the St. Francis Church (115 Wheeler Rd, Dracut, MA 01826).
