It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Raoul Henri Noel of Dracut, Massachusetts, who passed away on December 26, 2022, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Noel and Gratia Noel (Beaudette); his son Chris Noel; and his significant other Rose Noel (Parenchuck). He is survived by: his children, Marie Hanley (Tom) of New Ipswich, NH, Steven Noel (Linda) of Woodinville, WA, Betsy Noel (Kevin LaGree) of Salem, NH and Danielle Noel (Mark Somerville) of Tyngsboro; his grandchildren, Kaitlyn Hernandez, Cameron, Connor Matthews, Noelle, Sarah LaBranche and Amber Noel; his great grandchildren, Katalina, Josiah and Kalisz; his sister Arline Cirincione of Maryland; and also, Ann, Jim Vandal, Valerie and Bill Morse. He is also survived by sisters and brothers in law, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, for his years of service volunteering for the town of Dracut, donations may be made to a memorial bench in his name via the family or to the Lowell General Cancer Walk.
