He was predeceased by: his spouse Frances A. Williams (McQuade) of Dracut; and his parent Sumner Williams of Lowell. He is survived by: his parent Louise Williams (Shephard) of Lowell; his children, James Williams (Mary) of Tewksbury, Robert Williams (Carla) of Oxford, John Williams of Dracut, Christine Williams (Frances Henderson) of Boca Raton, FL, Patricia Van Geyte and Gil of Boxford; and his grandchildren, Kimberlee, Leah, Seth, Leslie, Stephen, James Jr., Kristina, Melissa, Sara, Emily, Brian Laura, Joseph and Lauren Branco. He is also survived by 17 Great-Grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
