He was predeceased by: his parent Rita Hoffman (Berube). He is survived by: his spouse Jeanne M. Hoffman (Vigeant); his parent Ray I. Hoffman; his daughter Andrea Hayes of Merrimack, NH; his grandson Jacob Hayes of Merrimack, NH; his siblings, Dennis Hoffman (Brenda) of Dracut, Karen Courchaine (Ray) of Alexandria, NH, Brenda DeFillipo of Keene, NH. and Linda Carter (Wayne) of Dracut; his brother-in-law Leo Vigeant of Ohio; and also, Aunt and Uncles. He is also survived by many Nieces, Nephews and Cousins.
