He was predeceased by: his parents, Normand A. Cloutier and Patricia G. Cloutier (Connors). He is survived by: his wife Jeannine Cloutier (Rizzotti); his children, David Cloutier (Mary), Erin Makarow (Thomas), Jacqueline Crook (Jon), Joseph Belfiore (Michelle), Benjamin Belfiore and Brett Belfiore; and his siblings, Barry Cloutier, David Cloutier, Elizabeth Beasly, Diane Bedard, Normand Cloutier, Thomas Cloutier and Ann Mary Potter. He is also survived by nine grandchildren.
