It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Keith Welch (Dracut, Massachusetts), born in Lowell, Massachusetts, who passed away on June 20, 2019, at the age of 54, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Catherine Welch (Cox) and Arthur G. Welch; and his brother Bryan Welch. He is survived by: his siblings, Linda Winter of Berlin, VT, Thomas Welch, Patricia "Patty" Roth (Gregg) of Downingtown, PA and Kevin Welch of Canton, MA. He is also survived by many cousins and beloved friends.
