She was predeceased by: her husband Donald Roger Carter; her parents, John Casey and Agnes Casey (Murphy); and her siblings, Joyce Hickey (Jack), Lee Pekarski (Bernard), Joan Stewart (William) and John Casey.
She is survived by: her children, Kevin Carter (Joanne), Debra Prantl (James), Michael Carter (Robin), Lucky Carter (Rajni) and Richard Carter (Lisa); her grandchildren, Brian, Shannon, Jason, Kimberly, Ashley, Brandon, Caitlin, Tiffany, Donald, Bobby, Nikhaysh, Sloan and Timin; and her brother Robert Casey. She is also survived by her 10 great grandchildren.
