It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Joyce Loughran (Dracut, Massachusetts), born in East Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on January 28, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Brendan Loughran; her parents, Alfred Bourque and Simone Brunelle (Lethiecq); and her sister Dorothy Corey. She is survived by: her children, Cheryl (William Kellmer), Thomas (Iris Kempton), Robin (Roger Fournier) and Scott (Joy Kempton); her siblings, Lois (Michael Emond), Gail Rudy of Dracut, Norman Brunelle of Dracut, Eric (Catherine Brunelle) and Michelle (Joseph Cooper); her aunt Fleur Ange Gelinas of Lowell; and her uncle Robert Lethiecq of Punta Gorda, FL.. She is also survived by her 14 Grandchildren and 7 Great-Grandchildren.
