He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Donat Provencher and Lauretta Cecile LeBlanc (Provencher); his stepchildren, Edward Roark, Jr., Lawrence Roark and Eileen Mullin; and his sisters, Teresa Toupin (Frank) and Dorothy Toupin (Leo).
He is survived by: his wife Miriam Provencher (Roark); and his stepchildren, Colleen Foley of Dracut, Dorreen Roark (William Reifschneider) of Seattle, WA, Wayne Roark (Catherine) of Sanbornton, NH, Kathleen Roark of Dracut, Justin Roark (Michelle) of Myrtle Beach, SC, Timothy Roark (Suzanne) of Hudson, NH, Darlene Farren (John) of Dracut and Jonathan Roark of Dracut. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren and19 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
